Straight staircase in white oak to risers open

In a light-inonded cathedral room, in Granby, this straight staircase rises to the floor in front of large windows. The oak white blank captures the sun throughout the day. The treads to open risers let the light pass and rely on a stringer of wood. A glass railing without frame, paired with a handrail of clear wood, border the volley and the landing without taking anything away from the sight. The staircase fully participates in the light of the room, as a prolongation of the architecture. It was made and installed by our team.
