In a residence in Saint-Julie, this railing comes to close the stairwell opening of a straight staircase and frame the view on the fence that falls behind it. The photo, taken in the full building, shows it already in place while the floors are still protected by paper and painting tape.
The balusters black metal, double-torsed collet, is held between a low smooth and a handrail blur wood, all carried by sorted square poles. The contrast of black on clear wood gives pace without ever closing the space.
