In a residence in Brossard, this staircase descends at the foot of a stone wall, under a crow of blown glass lights. Looking from the landing, it opens the room rather than closes it.
The railing plays transparency: glass panels held by stainless steel posts, paired with a handrail of hardwood in a hot tone. The treads, in the same wood, extend the floor to the lower floor.
The set leaves the stone and light take all the space, without hiding anything from space. It was made and installed by our team.
