In a residence in Longueuil, this staircase gently turns around a landing bathed with light by a large window looking at the courtyard.
The treads and the handrail are cut in a raw in the blond and warm tone, the sanded until it becomes soft under the hand. The handrail runs with one hold and rounds at each direction change, carried by a series of balusters of rotated wood that rhythms the rise, while the open risers let the look pass.
The result naturally fits the house’s wooden floor and heats the whole floor. Made and installed by our team, this staircase marks the comfort of a hardwood and the finess of a fully hand-worked work.
