In a residence in Boucherville arranged in an old barn, this staircase connects the main floor to a large mezzanine. All around, the original wooden posts have been preserved, and the new work comes to integrate with respect.
The treads is made in oak white, a blank shade that relieves the whole face to the patinated wood of the shirt. On the mezzanine, large wooden-cadred glass panels take place in railing and let the light circulate from one end to the other of the volume.
Old and modern respond here without competition, in an open and bright space. The stairs and the railing were manufactured and installed by our team.
